Father and son chalk at the June Art Walk at Summit Art Space This past Thursday, I had a ball manning the sidewalk chalk station. While the skateboarding was definetely the main attraction of the event, the side walk chalk came in a close 2nd. This image that I was able to capture of a father and son chalking was so cool. I love it when adults are willing to get down and dirty with art.

A double take and a smile. It's amazing how the smallest things can give us the strongest feelings of nostalgia. This morning while doing errands, I passed this lovely line up of trucks. I could just imagine this little one begging mom to take every last truck outside for the line up. Not discouraged by the snow or the cold, fun was had by all truck and child alike. As I continue to move to life, I hope to always have a bit of this whimsy in me. I hope to play because its f
